RESOLUTION NO. 2021-582
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK,
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY LANDMARK TURF
SERVICES, LLC, OF DUNKERTON, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $45,874, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2021 LEVEE
RIP RAP SPRAYING PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1027, AND
RECEIVE AND FILE A TWO-YEAR MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS, Landmark Turf Services, LLC, of Dunkerton, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the FY 2021 Levee Rip Rap Spraying Project, Contract No. 1027, and
WHEREAS, Landmark Turf Services, LLC, has completed the aforementioned project, in
accordance with the bid documents, specifications, form of contract, etc., as approved by Council
June 29, 2020, Resolution No. 2020-495.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work, for work performed by Landmark Turf Services, LLC, at a total cost of $45,874.00, in
conjunction with the FY 2021 Levee Rip Rap Spraying Project, Contract No. 1027, are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September 2021.
