RESOLUTION NO. 2021-586
RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE TO NOISE
ORDINANCE REQUEST FROM JASON SANDOVAL, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH A BLOCK PARTY, TO BE HELD ON
SEPTEMBER 11, 2021 FROM 6:00 P.M. TO 9:00 P.M,
LOCATED AT 229 DEARBORN AVENUE.
WHEREAS, Jason Sandoval, is requesting a variance to the Noise Ordinance on
September 11, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., in conjunction with a block party, to be held at
229 Dearborn Avenue, including live music, and
WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance,
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Jason Sandoval, for a variance to the Noise Ordinance,
on September 11, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., in conjunction with a block party at 229
Dearborn Avenue, including live music, be granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September 2021.
