RESOLUTION NO. 2021-589
RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH ALLEN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
CORPORATION, WHICH ACKNOWLEDGES THE
EXISTENCE OF AN INDIGENT, UNDERINSURED, AND
UNINSURED POPULATION IN THE LOCAL AREA SERVED
BY ALLEN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated September 7, 2021, between Allen Memorial
Hospital Corporation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, which acknowledges the existence of an
indigent, underinsured, and uninsured population in the local area served by Allen Memorial
Hospital, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September 2021.
