RESOLUTION NO. 2021-592
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2021 OR NEWER COMPACT TRACK
MINI EXCAVATOR FOR THE TRAFFIC OPERATIONS
DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Manager of said City to prepare and file specifications, bid documents, etc., in
conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2021 or Newer Compact Track Mini Excavator for the
Traffic Operations Department, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Manager did file said specifications, bid documents, etc.,
in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2021 or Newer Compact Track Mini Excavator for
the Traffic Operations Department, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 19, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the purchase of one (1) 2021 or Newer Compact Track Mini Excavator for the Traffic Operations
Department, are hereby approved, and said project proceed in accordance with said
specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September 2021.
