RESOLUTION NO. 2021-602
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT DOCUMENT IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE APPLICATION FOR STATE REVOLVING FUND
LOAN FOR THE HIGHWAY 63 INTERCEPTOR PROJECT,
CONTRACT NO. 1037.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held September 7, 2021 to receive oral and written
comments with regards to the Application for a State Revolving Fund Loan for the Highway 63
Interceptor Project, Contract No. 1037, and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Document has been provided for City and
Community review, as part of the input and decision making process.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Mayor is directed and authorized to execute the Environmental
Impact Document, in conjunction with the Application for a State Revolving Fund Loan for the
Highway 63 Interceptor Project, Contract No. 1037, on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September 2020.
