RESOLUTION NO. 1999-601
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF
HEARTLAND VINEYARD CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP
TO CONDUCT 5K RUN/WALK ON SEPTEMBER 25,
1999, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, Heartland Vineyard Christian Fellowship is
planning a 5K Run/Walk to be held on Saturday, September 25,
1999, from 8 : 00 a.m. until completed, with the race route
beginning and ending at 722 South Hackett Road, and
WHEREAS, said Heartland Vineyard Christian Fellowship
is requesting permission to conduct said 5K Run/Walk on city
streets on Saturday, September 25, 1999, from 8 : 00 a.m. until
completed, with race route beginning and ending at 722 South
Hackett Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Heartland
Vineyard Christian Fellowship to conduct 5K Run/Walk on
September 25, 1999 starting at 8 : 00 a.m. until completed,
with the race route beginning and ending at 722 South Hackett
Road, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 1999 .
