RESOLUTION NO. 1999-610
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
WITH EARTH TECH AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement dated September 7, 1999 for
construction related services in conjunction with the F.Y. 2000
Hanna Boulevard/Rainbow Drive Box Culvert, Contract No. 599, by
and between Earth Tech of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 1999 .
