RESOLUTION NO. 1999-611
RESOLUTION APPROVING STATE OF IOWA
APPLICATION WITH IOWA EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
DIVISION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the State of Iowa Application dated September 7, 1999 for
Federal/State financial assistance under the Disaster Relief Act
in conjunction with May 1999 flooding, by and between the Iowa
Emergency Management Division and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 1999 .
