RESOLUTION NO. 1999-615
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH HOWARD
GREEN COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated September 7, 1999 to prepare application
to Environmental Protection Agency to fund environmental
assessments along the Riverfront from the Rath site to downtown
and the CMC site, with consulting fee not to exceed $12, 400 . 00, by
and between Howard Green Company, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 1999 .
