RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF MOORE
FABRICATION, INC. OF STATE CENTER, IOWA, FOR
THE F.Y. 2000 SIDEWALK REPAIR ASSESSMENT
PROGRAM-ZONE 10, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO. 605 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Moore Fabrication, Inc . of State Center,
Iowa, for the F.Y. 2000 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program-Zone
10, Contract No. 605, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City
Clerk as of the 7th day of September, 1999, together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the Merchants Bonding Company of Des Moines, Iowa, as
surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of Sept-mber, 1999 .
