RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF RAMPART
CORPORATION OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE F.Y.
1999 ANSBOROUGH AVENUE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS-
GATEWELL M, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
BEING CONTRACT NO. 600 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Rampart Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa, for
the F.Y. 1999 Ansborough Avenue Drainage Improvements-Gatewell M,
Contract No. 600, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as
of the 7th day of September, 1999, together with the accompanying
bond for the faithful performance of said contract signed by the
Merchants Bonding Company of Waterloo, Iowa, as surety thereon,
be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 1999 .
