RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON THE APPLICATION OF
ERIC JOHNSON ON BEHALF OF SHORT' S TRAVEL TO
REZONE FROM "R-1" RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "R-4"
MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED JUST EASTERLY OF THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF ANSBOROUGH AND RIDGEWAY
AVENUES AS OCTOBER 18, 1999, AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN
THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND
INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF
HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 18th day of October, 1999, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of Eric
Johnson on behalf of Short' s Travel to rezone from "R-1" Residence
District to "R-4" Multiple Residence District property generally
located just easterly of the southeast corner of Ansborough and
Ridgeway Avenues for construction of an office building, legally
described as follows:
Lots 70 and 71, except East 5 feet, Dixon Place Fourth
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
