RESOLUTION NO. 1999-646
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF ANIZE AND
ROGER EICH FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE,
ORDINANCE NO. 3094 .
WHEREAS, Anize and Roger Eich, 3866 Tami Terrace, are having
a live band performing at an outdoor party to be held at a vacant
lot near their home, and
WHEREAS, said live band will exceed the limits of the Noise
Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said Anize and Roger Eich have made formal
application for a variance to the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No.
3094, on September 24, 1999 from 7 : 00 p.m. to 10: 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Anize and Roger Eich for a
variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, on September 24,
1999, from 7 : 00 p.m. to 10 : 00 p.m. , be and the same hereby
granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September, 1999.
