RESOLUTION NO. 1999-651
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH THE
IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application dated September 20, 1999 for statewide
enhancement funds in the amount of $565, 825 . 00 with local match of
$169, 725 . 00, with the Grout Museum providing $46, 575 . 00 of the
local match, in conjunction with the Southbound 218 Enhancements,
by and between the Iowa Department of Transportation, Iowa, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20t'' day of September, 1999 .
