RESOLUTION NO. 1999-653
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY, GOVERNOR' S
TRAFFIC SAFETY BUREAU AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated September 20, 1999 for traffic funds in
the amount of $11, 500 . 00 to use for traffic enforcement overtime,
training and related travel and educational materials, by and
between Iowa Department of Public Safety, Governor' s Traffic
Safety Bureau, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20t'' day of Septmeber, 1999 .
