RESOLUTION NO. 1999-658
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON AMENDMENTS TO
ORDINANCE NO. 2479, ZONING ORDINANCE, AS
AMENDED, AS IT PERTAINS TO PART XXIV 2A-
48 (G) , EXCEPTIONS AND MODIFICATIONS, TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF DECKS TO THE FRONT FACE OF
HOMES, AS OCTOBER 18, 1999, AT 7 : 00 P.M. AT
CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING
THE CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, THE Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 18th day of October, 1999, for the purpose of
holding a public hearing to consider and act upon amendments to
Ordinance No. 2479, Zoning Ordinance, as amended, as it pertains
to Part XXIV 2A-48 (G) , Exceptions and Modifications, to allow
construction of decks to the front face of homes, a copy of which
is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
