RESOLUTION NO. 1999-660
RESOLUTION APPROVING LOAN GUARANTEE AGREEMENT
WITH COMMUNITY NATIONAL BANK AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the loan guarantee agreement dated. September 23, 1999 in
conjunction with the purchase and redevelopment of the Higgins
site generally located at 614 Lafayette Street by and between
Community National Bank, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of September, 1999 .
