RESOLUTION NO. 1999-661
RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF FIRST
MORTGAGE WITH THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
ADMINISTRATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Release of First Mortgage assigned to the Osco property
generally located at 210, 212 and 214 East 4th Street, for the
City to take a second mortgage position behind the Economic
Development Administration, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of September, 1999 .
