RESOLUTION APPROVING COMMUNITY ECONOMIC
BETTERMENT ACCOUNT (CEBA) APPLICATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Community Economic Betterment Account

dated September 27, 1999, for a loan to GMAC (CEBA)
the amount Application of$360, 000 . 00, by and between the Iowa Department of Economic
Development, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of September, 1999 .
