RESOLUTION NO. 1999-671
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH KIRKHAM MICHAEL & ASSOCIATES AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated September 27, 1999 for
construction inspection services in conjunction with the West
Airline Highway Bridge Replacement Project BRM-8155 (30) -8N-07,
Contract No. 560, by and between Kirkham Michael & Associates of
Des Moines, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of September, 1999 .
