RESOLUTION NO. 1999-674
RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSIGNMENT OF ;LEASE
AGREEMENT FOR FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER TO HICC, LLC.
WHEREAS, HICC, LLC, a Sinclair Resorts and Hotels Management,
Inc. Corporation, is purchasing the Waterloo Holiday Inn from
WHLNB Real Estate Limited Partnership, the current owner of the
Waterloo Holiday Inn, and
WHEREAS, to facilitate the sale contract with HICC, LLC, the
City of Waterloo needs to assign the Lease Agreement for the Five
Sullivan Brothers Convention Center to HICC, LLC.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the assignment of the Five Sullivan Brothers
Convention Center Lease Agreement to HICC, LLC, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of September, 1999 .
