RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO IMC
SALT, INC. OF OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS, FOR
ROADWAY DEICING SALT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $28 . 91
PER TON.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of IMC, Salt, Inc . of Overland Park, Kansas, in
the amount of $28 . 91 per ton, for roadway deicing salt, be and is
hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said
work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of September, 1998 .
