AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, TO APPROVE A REQUEST BY ST.
MARTIN LAND CO., ON BEHALF OF CPM ACQUISITION
CORP., FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE "M-2,P"
PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF A 140,000 SQUARE FOOT
MANUFACTURING/OFFICE/WAREHOUSE WITH FUTURE
ADDITIONS OF 30,000 SQUARE FEET, FOR A TOTAL OF
170,000 SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE WAREHOUSE, AND A
STORAGE YARD LOCATED ACROSS FROM 2322
LEVERSEE ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the request by St. Martin Land Co., on behalf of CPM Acquisition Corp.
to for a Site Plan Amendment to the "M-2,P" Planned Industrial District for construction of a
140,000 square foot manufacturing/office/warehouse with future additions of 30,000 square feet,
for a total of 170,000 square feet of office warehouse, and a storage yard located across from
2322 Leversee Road, and legally described as follows:
THE WEST '/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 90
NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST OF THE FIFTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, CITY
OF WATERLOO,BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA EXCEPT ROAD.
shall be and is hereby approved.
