RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR
THE EAST PARK AVENUE PARKING RAMP RENOVATION.

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
Elf-ficial/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file plans,
Q?4cifications, form of contract, etc. , for the East Park Avenue
eking Ramp Renovation, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
&pQcified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
:'i�ed said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , and the
gouncil of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WP4RLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc_. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily approved.
