AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REQUEST APPROVING A
REQUEST BY ALBERT MEEKS SR. TO VACATE 59 LINEAR
FEET OF PUBLIC SIDEWALK AT 1139 LOGAN AVENUE,
LOCATED IN THE "R-2" ONE AND TWO FAMILY
RESIDENCE DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the request by Albert Meeks Sr. to vacate 59 linear feet of public sidewalk
at 1139 Logan Avenue, located in the "R-2" One and Two Family Residence District, and legally
described as follows:
59 LINEAR FEET OF PUBLIC SIDEWALK AT 1139 LOGAN AVENUE,
LOCATED IN THE "R-2" ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT,
ALL IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: September 20, 2021
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: September 20, 2021
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: September 20, 2021
