RESOLUTION NO. 2021-607
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
CONTRACT WITH ADVANCED HEAT TREAT CORP., OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, AND THE IOWA ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, ORIGINALLY EXECUTED
APRIL 16, 2018, FOR HIGH QUALITY JOBS PROGRAM -TAX
CREDIT COMPONENT INCENTIVES, TO EXTEND THE
PROJECT COMPLETION DATE TO MARCH 31, 2022, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that an Amendment to the contract dated April 16, 2018, between Heat Treat Corporation and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with for High Quality Jobs Program -Tax Credit
Component Incentives, extending the project completion date to March 31, 2022, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
