RESOLUTION NO. 2021-637
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH HOSS BUILDERS, LLC, FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF AN INFILL LOT ON LOIS LANE,
INCLUDING $5,000 IN PAYMENT INCENTIVE UPON
COMPLETION OF NEW HOME, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated September 20, 2021, between Hoss Builders, LLC and
the City of Waterloo in conjunction with the construction of an infill lot on Lois Lane, including
$5,000 in payment incentive upon completion of new home, is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September 2021.
