RESOLUTION NO. 2021-638
RESOLUTION CONCURRING WITH THE DETERMINATION
OF THE CITY PLANNER THAT THE PROPOSED CHANGE
TO AN APPROVED SITE PLAN WITHIN AN "S-1" SHOPPING
CENTER DISTRICT TO ALLOW HY-VEE ON FLAMMANG
DRIVE TO CONSTRUCT A 1,200 SQ. FT. ADDITION, FOR
HY-VEE AISLES ONLINE PICKUP AREA ON THE WEST
SIDE OF THE CURRENT BUILDING IS MINOR AND SHALL
BE APPROVED AS A MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the determination of the City Planner that the proposed change to an approved site plan
within an "s-1" shopping center District to allow Hy-Vee on Flammang Drive to construct a
1,200 sq. ft. addition, for Hy-Vee Aisles Online pickup area on the west side of the current
building is minor and shall be approved as a Minor Site Plan Amendment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September 2021.
