RESOLUTION NO. 2021-639
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH PARAMOUNT
INVESTMENTS, LLC, ORIGINALLY EXECUTED FEBRUARY
17, 2014, TO CLARIFY PAYMENT REBATES, FOR A
PROJECT LOCATED AT 301-311 EAST 3RD STREET, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to the Development Agreement dated September 20, 2021, between
Paramount Investments, LLC, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to an agreement originally
executed on February 17, 2014, to clarify payment rebates, for a project located at 301-311 East
3rd Street, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September 2021.
