RESOLUTION NO. 2021-619 RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY DAWN KLINGFUSS FOR A VARIANCE TO THE NOISE ORDINANCE ON OCTOBER 1, 2021, FROM 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE STOP THE MANDATES PROTEST EVENT TO BE HELD AT LINCOLN PARK, INCLUDING THE USE OF BULL HORNS. WHEREAS, Dawn Klingfuss is requesting a variance to the Noise Ordinance on Sunday, October 1, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., at Lincoln Park, in conjunction with the Stop the Mandates Protest, including the use of bull horns, and WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Dawn Klingfuss, for a variance to the Noise Ordinance on October 1, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., at Lincoln Park, in conjunction with the Stop the Mandates Protest, including the use of bull horns, is hereby approved.
