RESOLUTION NO. 2021-625 RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH DAVID S. GRIMM AND DALEN A. GRIMM FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 400 SQUARE FOOT DETACHED GARAGE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Development Agreement dated September 20, 2021, between David S. Grimm and Dalen A. Grimm and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the construction of 20' x 20' (400 square foot) detached garage, on property identified as parcel no. 8913-26-459-020 and formerly 811 Williston Avenue, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September 2021.
