RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
AWARD OF BID WITH RESTORATION SERVICES, INC., OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, ORIGINALLY APPROVED BY
COUNCIL APRIL 19, 2021, FOR A NET INCREASE IN THE
AMOUNT OF $20,500, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WATERLOO PUBLIC LIBRARY EXTERIOR FACADE
REPAIR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. to the award of bid with Restoration Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa,
originally approved by council April 19, 2021, for a net increase, in the amount of $20,500, in
conjunction with the Waterloo Public Library Exterior Facade Repair, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September 2021.
