RESOLUTION NO. 2021-628
RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
TERRACON CONSULTANTS, INC., OF CEDAR FALLS,
IOWA, ORIGINALLY EXECUTED FEBRUARY 1, 2021, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $1,201.53, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2020 COURTLAND, JEFFERSON, AND
MULBERRY STREETS RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM,
CONTRACT NO. 1015, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement to the Professional Services Agreement with Terracon
Consultants, Inc., of Cedar Falls, Iowa, originally executed February 1, 2021, in an amount not to
exceed $1,201.53, in conjunction with the FY 2020 Courtland, Jefferson, and Mulberry Streets
Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 1015, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized
and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September 2021.
