RESOLUTION NO. 2021-629
RESOLUTION APPROVING A RIGHT-OF-WAY LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH USCOC OF GREATER IOWA, LLC, TO
ALLOW USE OF CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR A
COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Right -of -Way License Agreement dated September 20, 2021, between GREATER IOWA,
LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to allow use of city right-of-way for a communication
system, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document
on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September 2021.
