RESOLUTION NO. 2021-631
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH THE CHICAGO CENTRAL &
PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $20,000.00, TO FACILITATE THE CONSTRUCTION
OF THE 11TH STREET BRIDGE, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated September 20, 2021, between the Chicago Central
& Pacific Railroad Company and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed,
$20,000.00, to facilitate the construction of the l lth Street Bridge, is hereby approved and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September 2021.
