RESOLUTION NO. 2021-632
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DESIGN SERVICES
CONTRACT WITH INVISION PLANNING, ARCHITECTURE
AND INTERIORS, OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO PUBLIC WORKS
FACILITY PLANNING PROJECT, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $12,000, AND AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Design Services Contract dated September 20, 2021, between Invision Planning,
Architecture and Interiors, of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to
exceed $12,000, in conjunction with Engineering Design Services for the Waterloo Public Works
Facility Planning Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September 2021.
