RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 3 TO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
STANLEY CONSULTANTS, INC., OF DES MOINES, IOWA,
ORIGINALLY APPROVED ON SEPTEMBER 8, 2020, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $1,945,600, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE PARK AVENUE AND 11TH STREET BRIDGE
REPLACEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. 1013, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement with Stanley
Consultants, Inc., of Des Moines, Iowa, originally executed September 8, 2020, in an amount not
to exceed $1,945,600, in conjunction with the Park Avenue and llth Street Bridge
Replacements, Contract No. 1013, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed
to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September 2021.
