MIS Department $2,600.00 Technical support package block of 20 hours for geographic information system(GIS)related incidents. 160376 - Morrissey/Klein Finance Committee September 7, 2021 Page 2 that the project budget for the Highway Safety Grant,funded with federal funds passed through the State of Iowa of$3,000 to be used for traffic safety enforcement activities, as submitted by the Police Department,be approved. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried. 160377 - Morrissey/Klein that the project budget for funds received from the Otto Schoitz Foundation in the amount of $5,000,to be used for the University of Iowa projects,as submitted by the Finance Department, be approved. Voice vote -Ayes: Three. Motion carried. 160378 - Morrissey/Klein that the carryover project budget amendment for the Community Development Block Grant CARES funds of $522,046, as submitted by the Community Development Department, be approved. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried. 160379 - Morrissey/Klein that the project budget to provide professional services for the implementation of the FY 2022 Riverfront Renaissance Plan with Vandewalle and Associates in the amount of$72,000, as submitted by the Planning and Zoning Department, be approved. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried. 160380 - Morrissey/Klein that the project budget for the FY 2022 4th Street Bridge and Dam Lighting Project, Contract No. 1054, with a cost of $44,900, funded with donations, as submitted by the Engineering Department,be approved. Mr. Morrissey questioned if this included the north side of the river as well. Noel Anderson,Community Planning and Programming Director replied that it would include the north side and that he would provide a map to the Council members. Voice vote -Ayes: Three. Motion carried. 160381 - Morrissey/Klein that the refund request in the amount of$50.24 for garbage collection fees billed in error for wrong size garbage cart, for property located at 123 Dearborn Avenue, be approved. Voice vote -Ayes: Three. Motion carried. 160382 - Juon/Morrissey that Bills Payment,as contained in Accounts Payable Invoice Report,dated September 7,2021, in the amount of$2,538,112.12,be received,placed on file and approved and forwarded to the full council for approval.
