RESOLUTION NO. 1999-678
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
DOWNTOWN SNOW REMOVAL CONTRACT FOR THE 1999-
00 WINTER SEASON.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1999-677, specifications, etc. ,
for the Downtown Snow Removal Contract for the 1999-00 Winter
Season, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that said snow removal
contract proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 1999 .
