RESOLUTION NO. 1999-686
RESOLUTION APPROVING LETTER OF AGREEMENT WITH
THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Letter of Agreement dated October 4, 1999, to perform
unannounced investigations in retail establishments that sell
tobacco to determine compliance with FDA Regulations regarding
sale of tobacco to minors, by and between the Iowa Department of
Public Health, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 1999 .
