RESOLUTION NO. 1999--688
RESOLUTION APPROVING IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION APPLICATION TO PERFORM WORK
WITHIN STATE HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application to Perform Work Within State Highway Right-
of-Way, dated October 4 , 1999 to allow snowmobilers to enter city
limits at various locations, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 1999 .
