RESOLUTION NO. 1999--704
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH MARKIN
CONSULTANTS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated October 11, 1999 for an economic and
fiscal impact study at a cost of $14 , 000 . 00 in conjunction with
Greyhound Park Conversion, by and between Markin Consultants of
Maple Grove, Minnesota, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of October, 1999 .
