RESOLUTION NO. 1999-705
RESOLUTION DEDICATING AN EASEMENT TO
NORTHLAND OIL COMPANY FOR VEHICLE PURPOSES IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following described easement, be and the
same is hereby dedicated to Northland Oil Company for vehicle
purposes:
An easement crossing a part of Lot Two (2) in Sherwood Park,
a sub-division in Sections No. Sixteen (16) and Twenty-one
(21) , Township No. Eighty-nine (89) North, Range No. Thirteen
(13) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in Black Hawk
County, Iowa, described as follows :
Commencing at a point on the Northerly extension of the
Westerly line of Lot Nine (9) , Auditor' s Whitney Road Plat in
Sections 16 and 21-89-13, said point being Twenty-four and
Two Hundredths (24 . 02) feet North of the most Northerly
corner of said Lot Nine (9) ; thence deflect right from said
Northerly extension 61°42' 15" Eighty and Seven Tenths (80 . 7)
feet; thence deflect right 4°31' 55" One Hundred Sixty-one and
Twenty-one Hundredths (161 . 21) feet to the point of
beginning; thence deflect left 110°07' 45" Ten and Sixty-five
Hundredths (10 . 65) feet; thence deflect right 90°00' 00"
Thirty-five (35) feet; thence deflect right 90°00' 00" Twenty
(20) feet; thence deflect right 54°27' 45" Forty-three (43)
