RESOLUTION NO. 1999-724
RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED 28E AGREEMENT
WITH BLACK HAWK COUNTY, CITIES OF CEDAR
FALLS, EVANSDALE, HUDSON, LAPORTE CITY,
DUNKERTON AND GILBERTVILLE AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the revised 28E Agreement dated October 25 , 1999, for
Consolidated Public Safety Communications Center, by and between
Black Hawk County, cities of Cedar Falls, Evansdale, Hudson,
LaPorte City, Dunkerton and Gilbertville, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of October, 1999 .
