RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF CEDAR VALLEY
CORP. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE F.Y. 2000
RIVERVIEW RECREATIONAL AREA PARKING LOT, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT
NO. 619 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa,
for the F.Y. 2000 Riverview Recreational Area Parking Lot,
Contract No. 619, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as
of the 1st day of November, 1999, together with the accompanying
bond for the faithful performance of said contract signed by the
United Fire and Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety
thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of November, 1999 .
