RESOLUTION NO. 1999-736
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH CHICAGO
CENTRAL AND PACIFIC RAILROAD AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated November 1, 1999 for removal of trackage,
ties, ballast, etc. and the patching of concrete pavement areas
along the unused Freight House Spur at the following crossings;
Fairview Street, Edwards Street, Center Street, Bratnober Street
and Park Road, by and between Chicago Central and Pacific
Railroad, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of November, 1999 .
