RESOLUTION NO. 1999-737
RESOLUTION APPROVING HAZARD MITIGATION GRANT
APPLICATION WITH IOWA EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
DIVISION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Hazard Mitigation Grant Application dated November 1,
1999 in conjunction with the Hanna Box Culvert Replacement
Project, with an estimate cost of $550, 000 . 00, with 15 percent
local match, by and between Iowa Emergency Management Division,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of November, 1999 .
