RESOLUTION NO. 1999 -740
RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENT WITH CITY
OF EVANSDALE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated November 1, 1999 for maintenance of
traffic signals located at Dubuque Road and Evans Road and traffic
signals located at the Evansdale Drive and Doris Drive, by and
between City of Evansdale, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of November, 1999 .
