RESOLUTION NO. 1999--741
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated November 1, 1999 for Emergency Shelter
Grant Program Funds (ESGP) in the amount of $105, 780 . 00 to be used
by Exceptional Persons, the Salvation Army, YWCA of Black Hawk
County, Family Services League, Christian Community Development,
and Operation Threshold, by and between Iowa Department of
Economic Development, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of November, 1999 .
