RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF
COST FOR THE F.Y. 2000 MARTIN LUTHER KING JR.
DRIVE-PHASE IV, STP-U-8155 (31) -70-07, AND
PHASE V, STP-U-8155 (34) -70-07, CONTRACT NO.
566, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
NOVEMBER 22, 1999, AT 7 : 00 P.M. AT CITY HALL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 22nd day of November, 1999,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on form of contract
and estimate of cost for the F.Y. 2000 Martin Luther King Jr.
Drive-Phase IV, STP-U-8155 (31) -70-07 and Phase V, STP-U-8155 (34) -
70-07, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, Contract No. 566 .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1ST day of November, 1999 .
